ABOUT ONEVIEW™
OneView™ (trademark of Serviloc Locações e Serviços Ltda) is provided exclusively to clients of MBS Motor Bearing Specialists Limited as part of their predictive maintenance and condition monitoring services. Software access, service delivery, liability, warranties, and dispute handling are primarily governed by the applicable MBS Service Agreement and Terms & Conditions, which prevail in case of conflict.

In case of conflict between this document and your MBS service agreement, your MBS service agreement prevails.
LICENSE
You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Software only while you maintain an active service agreement with MBS. This license terminates when your MBS service agreement ends.
RESTRICTIONS
You may not reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, or sublicense the Software. You may not remove trademarks or proprietary notices.
WHAT THE SOFTWARE DOES
OneView™ integrates data from industrial machinery monitoring sources and uses artificial intelligence to analyze patterns and generate predictive scenarios.
AI PREDICTIONS AND PROCESSING
The Software utilizes artificial intelligence agents and advanced large language models to support predictive analytics and operational insights. AI processing may occur using secure infrastructure located in Canada and the United States. AI outputs are probabilistic analytical results and are not guarantees of performance or future outcomes.
AI predictions are estimates based on historical data, not guarantees. You are solely responsible for business decisions based on AI output. Quality and accuracy of MBS services are governed by your service agreement with MBS.
DATA
The Software collects account information, machine data, and usage statistics as described in the Privacy Policy.
NO WARRANTIES
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES.
MBS service warranties are in your service agreement with MBS. Contact [email protected] for details.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability related to the Software shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the related MBS services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Liability related to services, service performance, and contractual obligations remains governed primarily by the applicable MBS Terms & Conditions and service agreements. Contact [email protected] for details.
TERMINATION
Your license ends when your MBS service agreement ends.
