OneView™ (trademark of Serviloc Locações e Serviços Ltda) is provided exclusively to clients of MBS Motor Bearing Specialists Limited as part of their predictive maintenance and condition monitoring services. Software access, service delivery, liability, warranties, and dispute handling are primarily governed by the applicable MBS Service Agreement and Terms & Conditions, which prevail in case of conflict.

INFORMATION COLLECTED
Personal Information: name, email, company name, job title, account credentials (passwords encrypted).
Machine Data: technical data from industrial equipment including performance metrics, sensor readings, timestamps, machine identifiers.
Usage Information: login times, features used, IP address, browser type, device information.
Cookies: session management, preferences, analytics.
HOW INFORMATION IS USED
Personal information: account management, authentication, communication.
Machine Data: consolidation, AI analysis, pattern identification, predictive scenarios.
Usage information: improve Software, diagnose issues, develop features.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
AI analyzes machine data for predictive insights. Only machine data and usage information used. AI predictions are estimates based on historical patterns, not guarantees.
DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Data is hosted on DigitalOcean cloud infrastructure. DigitalOcean maintains its own security and privacy policies available at docs.digitalocean.com/platform/legal.
Security measures include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, authentication mechanisms, and regular security updates. No method is completely secure - absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Retention: active accounts plus 90 days after closure.
INTERNATIONAL DATA PROCESSING
Machine data may be processed using artificial intelligence agents operating in secure infrastructure located in Canada and advanced large language model processing services hosted in the United States.
Application infrastructure and production databases are hosted in secure cloud infrastructure located in Sydney, Australia.
Data may therefore be transferred, processed, and stored in jurisdictions different from the user's country of origin, in accordance with applicable international data transfer regulations.
DATA BACKUP
Operational data is automatically backed up on a weekly basis using secure encrypted backup systems to ensure operational resilience and disaster recovery capability.
DATA SHARING
Personal information is not sold.
Shared with: DigitalOcean (cloud hosting provider), MBS (as necessary for services per your service agreement), authorities (if legally required).
YOUR RIGHTS
You may request access, correction, deletion, or portable format of your information.
