OneView™ (trademark of Serviloc Locações e Serviços Ltda / Brazil) is provided exclusively to clients of MBS Motor Bearing Specialists Limited as part of their predictive maintenance and condition monitoring services. Software access, service delivery, liability, warranties, and dispute handling are primarily governed by the applicable MBS Service Agreement and Terms & Conditions, which prevail in case of conflict.

This document covers Software use only. Service delivery, warranties, liability, payment, and disputes are in your MBS service agreement.

THE SOFTWARE
OneView™ integrates data from industrial machinery monitoring sources and uses AI to identify patterns, generate predictive scenarios, and provide operational insights supporting MBS services.
ACCOUNT
Provide accurate information. Must be 18+. Keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all account activity.
Do not share credentials or allow unauthorized access.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Use only for lawful business purposes. Do not violate laws, infringe rights, transmit harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, use bots, interfere with Software, or reverse engineer.
AI PREDICTIONS
AI predictions are estimates from historical data analysis, not guarantees. Accuracy depends on data quality. Cannot account for unforeseen events.
You are solely responsible for business decisions based on AI output. No responsibility for prediction accuracy or resulting losses.
MBS service quality and accuracy governed by your MBS service agreement.
DATA AND PRIVACY
See Privacy Policy. You warrant you have rights to provide all data.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
OneView™ trademark owned by Serviloc Locações e Serviços Ltda. Limited license granted - no ownership transfer.
Do not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease Software.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
No guarantee of 24/7 uptime or error-free operation. Software may be modified, suspended, or discontinued anytime.
FEES
Governed by your MBS service agreement. Contact [email protected] for information.
TERMINATION
License ends when MBS service agreement ends. Access may be terminated immediately for violations.
NO WARRANTIES
SOFTWARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability related to the Software shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the related MBS services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
